At Home with Chloe & Snickers Your access to and use of the Service is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
The client accepts the At Home with Chloe & Snickers Terms and Conditions by payment of the service.
Public Liability Policy
At Home with Chloe & Snickers agree to provide all services as contracted with the client in a reliable and trustworthy manner.
In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against At Home with Chloe & Snickers, unless arising from gross negligence on the part of At Home with Chloe & Snickers.
The Client agrees to notify At Home with Chloe & Snickers of any concerns within 24 hours of returning home.
At Home with Chloe & Snickers shall not be held responsible for dogs that bite or suffer an accidental death.
At Home with Chloe & Snickers shall not be held responsible for fines levied by council, police or other authorities pertaining to animal behaviour and regulations.
At Home with Chloe & Snickers shall not be held responsible for the retrieval of any missing animal.
At Home with Chloe & Snickers shall not be held responsible for any complications dogs may suffer or actions of dogs while they are unattended.
At Home with Chloe & Snickers shall not be held responsible for the loss, injury, death, or actions of any dog that the client has let outside or has instructed At Home with Chloe & Snickers to allow outside while At Home with Chloe & Snickers are not there.
The client understands that all dogs must have their veterinarian details on file.
The client understands that all dogs must be up to date on appropriate flea treatments, vaccinations and medications.
Client agrees to reimburse At Home with Chloe & Snickers for all costs (including, but not limited to, medical care) associated with contracting any ailments while exposed to dog(s).
At Home with Chloe & Snickers will not sit for acutely ill animals or those with uncontrolled medical conditions. We suggest the dog be boarded with a vet.
The client is responsible for any and all costs associated with any and all emergency visits to a vet plus the additional time taken.
At Home with Chloe & Snickers do not accept aggressive animals. Client agrees to be responsible for all costs (including, but not limited to, medical care, legal fees, etc) if client’s dog should bite/injure another person or animal.
At Home with Chloe & Snickers do not diagnose, provide prognoses, or make therapy decisions. Any veterinary/medical concerns will be referred to a veterinarian. However, we will advise when and if we identify a possible problem to the best of our abilities.
Bookings & Payment
Public Holidays may incur additional fees which you will be advised of at the time of booking.
A Meet & Greet is required prior to all reservations.
The client acknowledges current At Home with Chloe & Snickers fees at the time of booking the service.
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before service start date.
At Home with Chloe & Snickers requires a 50% deposit to confirm the booking, with the balance due before commencement of the service.
At Home with Chloe & Snickers accepts cash and bank transfer (please ask for bank details).
Credit card payments will attract a fee commensurate with the cost of providing the service.
At Home with Chloe & Snickers may alter its fees with reasonable notice to the client.
Where payment is not received in accordance with these terms and conditions of business, At Home with Chloe & Snickers reserves the right not to proceed with any previously agreed arrangements, and a cancellation fee will be payable.
Services
Doggy Day Care & Playdates
All dogs must be vaccinated no later than two weeks before boarding. Proof of vaccination is required at the Meet & Greet.
The client accepts responsibility and payment to repair all damage done to the home or property while his/her dog is being boarded.
One day of ‘Doggy Day Care’ is charged from the ‘check in’ time on the morning the dog is dropped at my home until 9 hours later, on the same day. Additional fees apply if the ‘check-out’ time is more than 9hrs later than the ‘check in’ time.
Please provide secure collars with appropriate tags for all visits. All dogs will be walked on leads at all times.
Dog Sitting
All dogs must be vaccinated no later than two weeks before boarding. Proof of vaccination is required at the Meet & Greet.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide any and all food and provisions necessary to carry out the service.
The client must explain all the details related to feeding and housing of their dog(s).
The basic fee will be reviewed where the dog sitting service requires more complicated feeding or more time-consuming food preparation. This will be reviewed and discussed during the Meet & Greet.
At Home with Chloe & Snickers will administer basic medication but must be fully informed and shown how the medication is to be given.
At Home with Chloe & Snickers will not sit for acutely ill animals or those with uncontrolled medical conditions. We suggest the dog be boarded with a vet.
The client accepts responsibility and payment to repair all damage done to the home or property while his/her dog is being boarded.
One Day of ‘In-Home Dog Sitting’ is charged from the ‘check in’ time on the day the dog is dropped at my home until 24 hours later on the following day. Additional fees apply if the ‘check-out’ time is more than 1hr later than the ‘check in’ time on the day the dog is dropped off.
Please provide secure collars with appropriate tags for all visits. All dogs will be walked on leads at all times.
Dog Walking
No dog will be walked by At Home with Chloe & Snickers unless vaccinated no later than two weeks before walks commence.
If At Home with Chloe & Snickers deems the behaviour or personality of a dog has changed to the extent it has become a danger to itself, myself or other animals or persons, we reserve the right to cease the walking component of the service.
